We highly recommend pairing this dish with our V1 ceramic or sapphire dish insert. Any titanium or quartz nail will have natural temperature variations across the dish, but the inserts distribute heat more evenly to reduce or eliminate these variations. This allows you to find the exact temperature that works best for you and get consistent results every time.
