This is by far the best dish of any brand I have tried, with the only possible exception of the D-Nail sapphire Nimbus. However, given the difference in price, I expect that this will hit the sweet spot for most patients. It really does have both the benefits of quartz, being slick and easy to clean, as well as those of materials with better heat retention. Plus, everything D-Nail makes is of insanely high quality, which exceeds any other related equipment I have tried to date, and I have tried quite a few. I cannot recommend the SiC Nimbus highly enough. If you haven't tried it, you owe it to your brain, body, and lungs to do so.
