    Diamondium Inserts

Posted by Keith on Feb 24th 2025

I have just got my latest Diamondium from D-Nail, thank you guys! I owned a pill shaped pillar, a couple spheres, and now a bullet shape and I have to say it's probably my favourite material as an insert. You do need to be precise with your parameters, but if you are, you will literally be rewarded with the tastiest dabs. Different materials stay hot longer, and Diamondium ranks up there. Maybe at the top, or second to monocrystalline SiC maybe, but miles ahead of other materials. If taste is important to you, it may be a good idea to grab a piece to try. I haven't regretted except shocking my first one, too hot, too wet. It's still intact for now but lesson learned. My new one, I am being HELLA careful with. It should last nearly forever, pass down to your kid stoner type thing. I haven't tried sapphire yet, but that's more brittle, or the mono SiC which is very tasty I heard. For durability, I think Diamondium probably better than Sapphire, Boro, or any that can shock or crack easily. Might have to try a few more shapes but for what I got currently, they all pair well to a lot of my quartz shapes. Pearls for buckets and autospinner, bullet and pillar for towers, slurpers, blenders, etc.. it is nice to have the options, even though pricey, if you care about taste, this will help. It can create darker residue at high temps though so keep that in mind, even super clean water clean rosin normally on a different material insert is like just slightly golden color change, but hot Diamondium can seem to darken the residue some. If I drop to low temps, this gets super tasty and doesn't change dark color as much, but the potential is still there for it to happen if you aren't on top of your temps. A friend said, drop the insert in, count to 10, and then go at it. I tried that timing method, it works pretty decent. But usually I start with it in and wait for it to cool down. Need to get to lower window for best tastes and a few reheats before total consumed, but very tasty overall and would recommend

Earlier reviews commenting on the picking up of additional flavours, and clarity of flavour are right! Picked up on some additional flavours I hadn't gotten with the ruby pearl, and everything tasted very clean! Used the 4mm pearl in a Core 2.1. Really love low temp dabs, and I'm still experimenting with the ruby, shinju, and diamondium pearls, but so far I'd say that this does produce very high quality vapour, great heat retention, and my ceramic chamber was so clean at the end of my session, so efficient - no scorching at all on blue setting (yet to try others).Lots of milky vapour produced quickly even on low temp setting, boof! Highly recommended these, expensive, but worth it and a big upgrade from sic, quartz or ruby pearls. Absolutely flawless engineering.

    Diamondium is worth the price.

So I'll keep this review brief and stream of consciousness real talk I refrained from using either of my 8mm Diamondium spheres for the better part of a year bc I was afraid for the price 1. They'd be a marginal upgrade over quartz at best or frankly no insert at all 2. I'd f*ck mine up thanks to a segmented cleaning/maintenance protocol long story but I live in basically a halfway house anyway..... I was wrong. This sh*t is the most incredible dab I have taken in 19 years of c@nnabis use and nearly 9 years of using medical grade concentrates and 13 producing QWISO/pre-2010 BHO all of that shit you name it I've stuck a dab tool into it and put it into my body and without a single shred of doubt I can say with 100% confidence this upgrade was by far the most value per dollar I have ever invested in my passion. TL;DR Diamondium is f*cking insane and would be a steal at twice the price. Buy it all now; I'm not joking.

    Diamodium pearls

Best pearl insert in the business. Barnone. Heat retention is unmatched. Non porous surface. And they're beautiful.

    Best Pearl

Really liked the shinju pearl I got, but it heats up pretty slowly in my erig. This blows it away in heat time as well as taste and efficiency. I also have had great experiences with the customer service at d-nail

    Diamondium

Heat retention is the one and only answer you will need. Do you enjoy dabbing at lower temps then you thought were possible? Well then this is for you, worth every penny. Take my word for it.

Most accessories are there for movement. This one does an amazing job at heat retention (I kept it @450) and the flavors that come out at that temp are incredible. If you value terps, diamandium is for you

    Different World

Posted by Unknown on Jul 8th 2022

I got the 4mm Pearl and after carful testing (in quartz bangers (several manufactures), puffco ruby/S-tier+/cheap quartz inserts) I came to the conclusion, it's a different world. You literally taste there was something missing but it has it's distinct taste. BUT at the same time it give the taste a broader spectrum. If you have the money and want to experience something new, fresh, exciting, something that cracks the egg, I would even recommend a pillar if you can afford it. (more surface area, more taste you know the drill) Well I can imagine as the 4mm pearl already packs a punch.
