Go-Coil™

I've been using my go-coil for a few weeks and have been enjoying it. You have to make sure you allow enough time for your quartz to fully heat soak for perfect hits. The quartz is more evenly heated and does allow for lower temp hits. The only real downside is the heatup time but it does a much better job at evenly heating the banger. I would definitely recommend one.

Took me a minute of tinkering with it to really get the temp I wanted out of it, but all in all I really like this setup. My two biggest pieces of advice to anyone going to use this are as follows: 1) The coil itself takes 5-10 minutes to come to temperature and will take probably about the same amount of time to bring your nail to temp. Plan accordingly. 2) The nail will be heated far more thoroughly than if you used a torch. As such, you'll probably want to adjust the temp you take your hits at. I found I was going at a much lower temp than when I used a torch.

First one only lasted about a month then it started reading EEE error. So I had to purchase another one, hopefully this one lasts

I have the Go-Coil in the 16mm Luna, 30MM Buckets, 30mm Slurpers, and 35mm Slurpers versions. All of them heat the nails I pair with them perfectly. The stand that comes with the coil are awesome it sits very nicely on top of whatever it is you decide to place it on. After a few month of use with these, I really have no complaints. These are perfect for desktop use. Honestly if you don't have a coil setup, or have been thinking about upgrading, I really feel like these Go-Coils are the way to go, no need to look elsewhere. I've spent so much money buying different devices/heaters/accessories but in the end, I am most happy with D-Nail's products. Not a brag or glaze, just my honest opinion from my own experiences.
